Our Projects

This year, our activities in Bolivia directly reached 2,436 people and helped strengthen the leadership of 960 women within their organizations and communities

In Burkina Faso, our activities directly reached 144 people over the past year.

They also helped 48 women strengthen their leadership and take their place within their organizations and communities.

This year, more than 1.5 million people across Canada were made aware of international development issues through UPA DI's communication and volunteer cooperation initiatives.

Among them, 104,190 took action to support Canadian international development efforts.

In Guinea, 4,686 people directly benefited from our activities this year, while 1830 women strengthened their leadership and took an active role in the development of their organizations and communities.

In Haiti, our support directly benefited 2,496 people this year, while helping 484 women grow as leaders within their organizations and communities.

In Mali, 2,620 people directly benefited from our activities this year. Among them, 500 women were supported in strengthening their leadership and becoming agents of change within their organizations and communities.

In Peru, our support directly reached 348 people this year and helped 84 women develop their leadership and make their voices heard within their organizations and communities.

In Senegal, our activities directly reached 3,567 people this year. They also helped foster and strengthen the leadership of 1,398 women within their organizations and communities.

In Tunisia, 1,715 people were directly reached through our activities this year.

A total of 1,620 women received support in their leadership journey, helping to increase their participation and influence within their organizations and communities.
